Please click here for an application.   There is a $25.00 application fee for each adult that will be living in an apartment.   There is a two person per bedroom occupancy limit.   Doud Property Management does do a credit and a criminal check on every applicant.      Please be advised of the following:

We do not accept dogs

We do accept cats with a one time non-refundable fee of $125.00 for one cat and $150.00 for two cats.   The cat(s) must be spayed or neutered, with the front paws declawed.  

We do not accept anyone with a felony conviction

We do not accept sex offenders

We do not accept anyone who has had a bankruptcy or an eviction within the past two years

In order to financially qualify without a co-signer,  the applicant must earn three times the amount of the rent per month, and have a credit score of 600 or above.
